Mercure Hotel Raphael Wien

It was an excellent stay. We were happy with our rooms completely ready when we arrived. The meals was pretty very good and abundant. I would like to recommend it for good.

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members at the reception were there at every hrs. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel were normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Pretty nice hotel and wonderful area. Surely will suggest Mercure Hotel Raphael Wien!
