Mercure Hotel Raphael Wien

Extremely good and clean spot. The location is excellent, exactly what we wanted. Beds ended up pretty cozy. There wasn’t a lot about the social ambiance but it´s great for a complete night relaxation. I enjoyed my days here enormously and will probably come again for my following visit to Wien.

Great location, almost everything is close by. Employees are super welcoming and useful and talk fantastic English. There are activities every night and it´s an excellent way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed everyday. Only thing was beds are a tiny bit noisy but that’s incredibly insignificant. Fantastic quality for the price!

I have stayed for four days with my wife. Beds were comfortable and the space was normally clean. Staff members were very handy and welcoming and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big and the closet. Bathroom was clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
